Mobility In Work Clothes

Don't worry about yoga pants or shorts. This'll be QUICK.

Get your body warmed-up, loosened-up, and MOVING before you get to work!

Choose 3 or more of these movements and do them daily. You can always add on more, but find a minimum you can STICK to.

To start, I recommend you CHOOSE 3 MOVEMENTS: 1) the wrist stretches, 2) something hip-focused, 3) something shoulder-focused .
