I’m running these classes independently of any studio or gym (cause, y’know, places are closed and going out of business right now, etc…). EVERYTHING’s kinda up in the air as far as a regular schedule, but I’m still teaching. Please JOIN ME for one or more of these “short-notice” classes! No “membership” necessary. Here’s how:

1) Download the ZOOM app and set up a free account on your Desktop / Laptop / Mobile Device.

2) Click a button above to send me an email, and I’ll add you to the list! I’ll send everybody on the class list an email between 15-30 minutes before class. That email will have a link that will open up your ZOOM app and take you directly to the class. You’ll be able to see live video of me demonstrating the flow as I’m cuing (or you can watch a grid of video thumbnails of everyone participating in the class, which is pretty entertaining…).

3. Feel free to invite anyone you like to class! Send a link to this page, or sign them up with the button above and enter their email address. This is pay-what-you-can-if-you-can. I know things are HUGELY uncertain for everybody right now. If you’re able, I appreciate any support!
