Homework #5:

More of a “refinement” drill than a skill challenge:

#1 -- The tuck hold: 30 seconds. With your feet as high as you’re comfortable placing them, as DEEP as possible with the compression (thighs to belly, ideally). Gaze DOWN, between your hands, press from the shoulders (and maintain that press from the shoulders for the entire hold).

#2 -- The stag hold: Both versions (belly away from the wall, and belly to the wall), 1-3 rounds of pulling each knee in close with the other leg straight. BONUS: Pull the straight-leg foot off the wall and balance yourself for 5 seconds +.
