Mobility In Work Clothes
Don't worry about yoga pants or shorts. This'll be QUICK.
Get your body warmed-up, loosened-up, and MOVING before you get to work!
Choose 3 or more of these movements and do them daily. You can always add on more, but find a minimum you can STICK to.
Your body needs regular maintenance. Maintenance is a practice: motion, deliberate tension and release. Feel how your body changes in a few weeks and then build on your ablilities!
To start, I recommend you do the wrist stretches, and then choose something hip-focused and something shoulder-focused -- it's up to you what's best.
